Starting as a Customer Success Associate @ JobTeaser, I was quickly in charge of finding the perfect Customer Care tool to handle our customer base growth. Then I discovered Salesforce.

This discovery changed my life : I learnt this technology during few months with training on Trailhead, creating things with hundreds of issues, asking people on LinkedIn & adapting this tool to my current work. It was crazy when you build things that save you 10 mins a day, then 1 hour, etc.
I realised that it wasn't just about Salesforce, it's about Operations.
No matter how many people you recruit, if you don't scale your organisation and optimise every part of your productivity chain, you will continue to lose money & low your growth.
Operations is now a state of mind in my life, in my house, in my daily life. Always glad to take the most of things happening to me.
